How do I log in? |
| |
| After sending the registration request please wait for at least two working days. Your registration request will be activated from the central office and communicated to you by email. Once you receive an email, please log in with the same username and password which you have requested in the registration form. However if you have forgotten your username and/or password please feel free to contact us. |

| How to upload your interventional data? |
| |
| After log in, on the control panel go to ADD DATA with the help of which you can add data either as individual cases i.e. a separate entry for each case, or as aggregate cases i.e. one entry for multiple cases, done over a certain period of time. After entering the data please don't forgot to click on “ SAVE DATA ” to complete your data uploading process. Please note that fields marked with * are mandatory and you have to fill these fields. In case of aggregate forms please give due importance to the dates denoting the period for which you are going to enter the data. You are requested to upload your interventional case details quarterly i.e. every 3 months. For example : If data is to be entered from 1 st Jan 2007 to 31 st March 2007 please enter all the cases done between this period and don't forget to include cases done on 01/01/07 and 31/03/07 also. |

| Can I view already uploaded data and modify it, if needed, for Coronary/Non-Coronary/Peripheral Section? |

| Can I analyze the already entered data? |
| |
| After log in, on the control panel go to DATA REPORT with the help of which you can easily analyze cases entered by you in different sections i.e. Coronary / Non-Coronary / Peripheral. |

| After log in, on the control panel go to MANAGE INSTITUTION profile with the help of which you can modify your institutional details eg: Change in Address / mobile no / fax no / email addresses etc. |

After log in, on the control panel go to MANAGE INSTITUTION MEMBER with the help of which you can add, delete or modify your team members and their details like mobile no. along with email addresses etc. |
